How Do We Build Partnership with the Local Church?

Listen
(For up to two and a half months)
We begin by spending time with families, listening to their experiences, understanding their needs, challenges, and hopes. During this phase, we also start identifying the skills that can help families overcome challenges and build a stronger future.

Try
(For up to three months)
Then, we pilot these plans on a small scale. Families begin practicing new skills and applying what they have learned. We monitor what works and what needs adjustment, ensuring that the learning truly supports each family’s goals.

Launch
(Ongoing)
Once the new skills and solutions start producing positive results, we fully implement them. The goal is for families to confidently use these skills in their daily lives to achieve lasting change, stronger relationships, and ongoing success.

Plan
(For up to one and a half months)
Next, we collaborate with families to develop shared plans that help them learn new skills, strengthen existing ones, and apply these skills in real-life situations. Together, we design practical steps for growth and empowerment.
