The child Saeed

Church:

There was a local church in the neighborhood that they lived in. Saeed would go to the church every week. The local church stepped in to take care of Saeed. The pastor`s wife showed him the love of Jesus by providing clothes and spending time with him every week.

Child:

Our story began with Saeed, a Lebanese- Palestinian child who grew up in a single parent home.

Community:

The local church within the local community supported him to go to school and later on to university. When he grew up, he paid it forward and supported many others in pursuit of their dreams.

Family:

He was orphaned at a very young age. His father had left his mother when he was a baby. His mother did as much as she could to provide for them, but the burden of playing both roles was too heavy.

There are many vulnerable children like Saeed in every community.

In 2018, We decided to advocate for vulnerable children.

After many years of serving vulnerable communities, we believed that the local church was perfectly positioned to reach out to vulnerable children in their own communities.

We also noticed that most of those children had families. However, their parents were missing the opportunities needed to create a healthy environment to care for their children.

Since then, we are committed to preventing family breakdown by addressing the broken relationships that exist in vulnerable families.
